These guitars are hand made and are incredible instruments. This one is absolutely gorgeous and it sounds and plays incredible. Yairi’s are played by people like Ani Defranco, Dave Mason, David Crosby, Graham Nash, Bob Weir, and Monte Montgomery to name a few. For those who are not familiar with Yairi or this model, the DYM94 is a professional quality, hand made guitar that is made with seasoned solid Spruce on the top and solid Mahogany on the back and sides. Yairi also utilizes what they call a "Direct Coupled Bridge" which prevents lifting, and the interior braces are hand sculpt for ultimate tonality. And that’s just scratching the surface… this guitar has features you won’t find on guitars costing two or three times times as much.

If you’ve never played one of these, I know you’ll love it as much as I did the first time I picked it up. I’ve owned Gibson, Martin and Guild and none of them sound as good as this DYM94. It has a full well balanced tone across the spectrum with excellent bass, mids and highs. The wood has opened up beautifully and the tone is absolutely amazing. This model has solid mahogany back and sides with a solid spruce top.. and it is really beautiful. Overall I would put it at a 9.5. It’s in very good condition and has been well cared for. It does have a couple of minor issues: one is a small ding on the headstock and there are a couple below the bridge, and it also has a very lightl mark on the top of the lower bout that you can’t see unless you get it in the right light. It comes with a brand new Alvarez foam case with a built in Hydrometer so you can monitor the humidity in the case. These cases look great and they give your guitar much better protection than the plywood and vinyl covered ones. As you may know if you’re familiar with these, a DYM94 retails for $1899, so this is an exceptional price for a professional guitar. It won’t last long though.. so call us today and get it before it’s gone.
